3.2. Payment and Refunds
Payment for classes, events, and materials such as Grammar Cheat Sheets must be made in advance through the payment methods specified on our website. Refunds for classes and events are available only in the case of an early cancellation (24 hours before the scheduled lesson). Any questionable situations will be discussed individually. Refunds for Grammar Cheat Sheets are not made. We do not offer refunds except in the case of class cancellations by English Conversation Café or as required by law.
3.3. Content and Materials
All content and materials provided during classes and events, including handouts, presentations, and recordings, are the property of English Conversation Café and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without our prior written consent.
4. User Conduct
